Have you ever stopped to think about how God sees us from a bird’s eye view? We know he knows every tear. We know he knows our names. He feels our pains and joys. In other words, He’s watching us. :)

God looking down on us and watching is not a new concept or realization. My view of worship is new though. I picture God literally watching us. He's the creator. If you've ever created something, then you know that you will look at your creation fondly and frequently...just because. This view has helped me when taking time to praise and worship God started to feel like a chore. When you get to that point, stop and put yourself in His shoes in a literal sense. Worship God, as you want Him to see you. Worship Him while picturing yourself looking down on you. What would you want to see? What would you want to hear? What would bring you joy and encouragement and motivation to set into action some major blessings on yourself? :)

What ever you picture, then do that. It should renew your view of giving thanks, and acknowledge that it’s not about you worshipping a certain amount that matters. It’s if you’re sincere. Would he be able to see your gratefulness in your face? Would your hands be up towards him letting him know you want to surrender it all? Would you have tears of joy towards him?

I’m not trying to imply that God is rating our worship. I'm not God. I feel though, that He will POUR himself and his blessings more so over JOYFUL obedience. It’s our willingness he looks at really. He sees all else, but what TOUCHES Him is our willingness because that has to come from the heart.

Switch things up every now and then and picture us from up above.  :)

 God Bless :)
